Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

Digital content to download: the Pass (activation key and offline game), printable escape games, a pack of lessons for teachers and clubs, solutions in PDF, and pictures as wallpapers. Each product page describes what it contains.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). For buyers in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, local taxes on digital products are collected by Payhip and already included in the displayed price: the price you pay is always the price shown.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card, through Payhip. The order is binding once the payment is accepted. Your payment will appear on your statement as PAYHIP* WIRE GATE.

5. Delivery

The files are supplied immediately after payment, through a download link sent by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, you can ask for the supply to begin straight away. By ticking the box before paying, you give your express consent for the content to be supplied before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended and you acknowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 and L221-28, 13°, of the French Consumer Code). We confirm this consent to you by email with your receipt.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery and appear within two years. If a file is unreadable or incomplete, write to us: we will bring it into conformity, in the ways provided for by law.

8. Licence

The files are for your personal use (for example: wallpaper, printing for yourself). The escape games and the Teacher Pack also allow use with your students or the members of your club. Resale, public sharing and putting the files online are forbidden. The pictures are generated by AI, then hand-picked; we do not promise exclusive rights. NASA photos: credit NASA (and the partners named), with no endorsement by NASA.

9. Personal data

Payhip collects your email address for delivery; we receive your email address, your country and the details of the order. Your address is neither resold nor used for advertising without your consent. See the privacy policy.

10. Mediation and disputes
